We are excited to welcome Jill Cederberg as the newest member of the NDWBC Board! Jill brings over a decade of experience in financial accounting and reporting, and she currently serves as the Director of Accounting and Chief Compliance Officer at LongWater, an alternative asset management firm in Fargo, ND. In this role, she oversees financial reporting, tax preparation, budgeting & forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
Beyond her professional background, Jill is invested in supporting and mentoring women. She’s involved with BIO Girls, a local program focused on building self-esteem in young girls, and leadership programs like the FMWF Leadership Program and the Women Who Lead-Mastermind program with Allegro Group.
“I’m passionate about advocating for better access to funding, understanding how tough financial barriers can often be,” Jill shares. “By supporting women-specific investment initiatives, grants, and financial mentorship, I believe we can significantly empower women to start and grow their businesses.”
Jill’s financial and leadership experience makes her a great addition to the NDWBC board. NDWBC looks forward to learning from her insights and leadership as we advance our mission to amplify the economic impact of owners across North Dakota.
