• Second, check your email to book your date and time with your certified business coach.

• Finally, show up to your appointment.

The intake process might take 10-15 minutes total.

Our technical assistance sessions are 100% free thanks to our funding partners at the US Small Business Association and the ND Department of Commerce.

NDWBC is proud to partner with women business owners, equipping them with the information, resources, and connections they need to make informed decisions about their business.

Before your coaching session, the intake information you provide will help your coach understand your concerns and bring solutions to your session. NDWBC asks that you be specific in documenting what you are experiencing in order to make the most of your appointment. You can upload documents and provide text to explain your goals. Sessions are directed by you the client and are grounded in a structure that provides clarity.

While your name and business information are confidential, intake data is collected for a wide range of purposes, including but not limited to:

• Data helps NDWBC understand a particular phenomenon, identify trends, and build relationships that benefit its clients.

• Data plays a crucial role in decision-making, whether it's in the context of businesses, government, or individual choices, and analyzing data helps NDWBC make evidence-based decisions.

• Data is used to measure and track performance, identify areas for improvement, and monitor progress over time. Your data helps NDWBC serve more effectively.

• Data helps NDWBC identify new opportunities, tailor its services, and develop more effective solutions to existing business problems.

NDWBC expects business owners to take accountability for their business' successes and failures at every stage. In most circumstances, NDWBC asks that you wait for the next opening in the schedule, though we recognize emergencies arise and you may need to talk to a business coach sooner.
