We are proud to announce that the North Dakota Women’s Business Center has been selected as one of seven national hubs for the newly launched WBC Childcare Accelerator Program, led by the Association of Women’s Business Centers (AWBC) in partnership with Stearns Bank.
This program is designed to help already established licensed childcare providers scale their businesses, improve financial sustainability, and meet the growing demand for quality childcare—a challenge that directly impacts families, workforce participation, and local economies across the country. As a selected hub, NDWBC will implement the program locally and support ten area childcare providers, each of whom will be awarded $10,000 upon completion of the program. NDWBC will continue its partnership with North Dakota Child Care Aware in order to complete the objectives of the grant.
This opportunity will bring tailored training, technical assistance, and financial guidance to local providers, helping them expand operations and better serve North Dakota families.
