DETAILS:

The goals of the Impact Fund are to increase economic diversity, build resilient communities, enhance quality of life, and create and retain jobs in North Dakota Region 2.

ELIGIBILITY:

The target lending area is North Dakota Region 2, consisting of Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, Mountrail, Pierce, Renville, and Ward Counties.

Eligible loan recipients include individuals, public or private entities, or other legal entities, with authority to incur debt and carry out the purpose of the loan.

The Impact Fund may be utilized for the following activities:

  • Business start-ups and expansions

  • Business retention, including refinancing

  • Business construction

  • Retention of affordable multi-family housing units

  • Purchase of real property

  • Property improvements, including façade improvements

  • Purchase of equipment

  • Working capital

NOTE:

An application fee of $200 will be assessed at the time of submission.
